IBM Sterling File Gateway
IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) is a file transfer portal that stands between your enterprise and its external trading partners. SFG is built on IBM B2B Sterling Integrator. It offers scalable architecture and a centralized file gateway with the capabilities to monitor, administer, route and transform high volumes of files. SFG automatically performs the necessary steps to format, secure, and route data. SFG supports many protocols, encryption schemes, and security provisions which vastly reduces the effort required to integrate with trading partners.
By centrally managing trading partner file transfer requirements, file transfer errors are reduced. Centralized file transfers enhance visibility and tracking of the status of file transfers. It also eliminates the security risks and costs in managing multiple FTP servers.
